Art filled studio guesthouse on quiet wooded lot. Minutes from DC yet feels amazingly private. Enter through charming tiled gate into private patio. Great sleep experience with hypo-allergic organic bedding. Perfect for romantic getaway or base for tourism. Bookshelves stacked with guidebooks and games. Off street parking. South Arlington known for diversity, ethnic restaurants and Amazon HQ2. Close to bus/metro and we comply with AirBnB's COVID-19 cleaning protocol.

The space
Eye-popping art fills the walls..... all original including a wall mural of DC by the artist, Jamshid Kooros. The best words to describe our space are quirky and cozy and according to our guests, welcoming and warm. We've tried to include everything you might need for a short stay. And while the TV is for streaming only and connected to the house Netflix account, we do offer a generous breakfast and warm socks for happy feet on cold cement floors.
