Gorgeous log cabin nestled in the forest with lovely river access within the community. Soak in serenity, visit nearby wineries, go antiquing and of course canoe, kayak, or float down the river, or simply sit on the bank and listen to the water rush by. Walk through our wooded lot and you will see deer, squirrels, and Willy, our resident grandaddy groundhog (he loves apples if you want to bring him a treat.)

The space
This cabin is conveniently located in the country, but a 5 minute drive to quaint downtown Strasburg and local wineries! A visit to town is a must.Enjoy the endless antique shops (Strasburg is the antique capital of Virginia), Box Office Brewery, bakeries, cafes, and the best ice cream shop in the Shenandoah area. The town also hosts a series of unique festivals and parades throughout the year.

As our guests, you have access to a gorgeous grassy spot along the Shenandoah River. Perfect for tubing, kayaking and wading! We will email you the Google pins so you can find it easily. Depending on the water speed you can take a 2-3 hour float. The river access is limited to our tiny community, so it is virtually private.
