We are located at the Jersey City Waterfront, overseeing downtown Manhattan across the Hudson River. The building is within walking distance to 3 Path train stations and a few minutes away to downtown and midtown Manhattan.

It is a safe, dynamic neighborhood with a lot of young professionals and students.

Based on past experience, most of my guests already have plans before they come in, but some did benefits from what I told them. So you can feel free to use me as a resource.

However, this is a community with mutual selection, so please do respect my time and privacy. Especially if you are a perfectionist who’s very selective on everything, this is probably not for you. I won’t be able to answer every little thing about my place (eg: the dimensions of my coffee table or the thickness of the mattress).
