Cabane tout confort au milieu des arbres. Situé à la campagne, dans une zone boisée, la cabane, est à 3 min de toutes commodités (boulangerie, épicerie bio, supermarchés, enseigne de surgelés...) et à 3 min du coeur de ville de Saint-Junien, (marché hebdomadaire le samedi matin, halles couvertes, bars, restaurants, médecins, hôpital...). Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Our beautiful cosy cabin has been recently built to enable our guests to enjoy our stunning lake and relaxing surroundings. It is totally private and the perfect place to relax. If you would like to fish, the lake is fully stocked with fantastic fish up to 35kg, fishing costs 12€ per 24hrs and equipment is available to hire for 12€ as well if required. A BBQ, firepit, sun loungers, a shared swimming pool (summer only) ensure that your stay will be idyllic in this picturesque setting.

Lakeside cabin with space for 1-4 people. This recently restored boathouse will give you a real switch off from the modern world feel, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

La Ferme en Tuiles, is a cottage wich is a part of the old farm. It has its own entrance and garden. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, a beautiful bathroom and a sleeping loft. There is a wood and oil stove, the heating costs are in addition to the rental price. Wood and/or oil are for sale from us or in the hardware store. The cottage is suitable for a maximum of 3 people. The area is ideal for people who love peace, nature, culture and good food.

Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente aux confins de la Dordogne/Haute Vienne et Charente pour se ressourcer en couple ou en famille. Lieu idéal pour promenade en forêt et bord de rivière. Vous trouverez dans les environs proches: Un golf international (3 km), un terrain de tennis (5 km), centre équestre à 2 km, activité de canoë à 1/4 heure ( Montbron) et le lac de St Mathieu ou de Verneuil avec plage à 20 km. A l'automne beaucoup de champignons pour les amateurs!

La Petite Chouette - Pretty gîte in rural setting.

Very well presented cozy detached gîte, with character and gorgeous views across the countryside of the Périgord National Park. A perfect retreat amongst the wildlife, ideally located midway between Limoges and Angoulême and close to the Leisure Lakes of The Charente/Haute-Vienne. Les Salles-Lavauguyon with a friendly welcoming bar ran by locals is only a few minutes walk away. The châteaux of La Rochefoucauld, Rochechouart and Montbron are just a short drive away.
