Van Aken District is a new upscale apartment and window-shopping complex. Of note, Brassica is worth going to - it's similar in concept to Chipotle, but a bit higher end and with falafels/mediterranean. I usually go here after climbing at Shaker Rocks (kitty corner from Van Aken district).
