Europe's longest medieval cathedral. Steeped in history. During the First World War the cathedral started to subside and was underpinned by a diver. The refectory is great for coffee and has a lovely garden to sit in.

Local Food, Drinks & Nightlife
Some local pubs. These are not particularly brilliant when it comes to food. The Chestnut Horse in Easton or the Running Horse in Littleton or the Fox in Crawley are good quality eateries.

Sightseeing
The top of the hill is ringed by the ramparts of an Iron Age hill fort. In the centre a copse of beech trees contains the site of the 12th-century chapel of St. Catherine. There is also a mizmaze, probably cut between 1647 and 1710. Beautiful views over the city. A number of well trodden footpaths run through the water meadows at the bottom to the city centre.
