The area is mid-town, fairly residential but with new restaurants, coffee shops and stores opening all the time. There is a strong South American, Caribbean and Portuguese presence in the neighbourhood. The 29 bus runs 24 hours a day and the stop is closeby. The bus takes between 8-15 minutes to get to Dufferin St at Bloor. St Clair West is a 15 minute walk and has a nice selection of restaurants. The Beltline and Cedarvale park are nearby if you are a walker.
