You can't go wrong with the hanger steak though. Its fried in duck fat/butter until the outside is crispy and the inside stays bloody and perfect. MY FAVORITE ITEM IN ALL OF RICHMOND.

Great inexpensive movie theater. Saturday evenings, a grand Wurlitzer comes up out of the stage and a guy plays it before the movie. Super cool! :)
