It’s 5 miles to the north and is amazing. You must go for a drive and walk here. Britains smallest National Park but it packs a punch. Great views. Wild walks. Fairly flat. Great beaches. Wild ponies and cattle across the park. wonderful old oak and beech forest. Dogs welcome.

Not the closest but the whitest sand. The nearest beach is out from Hurst Castle and there is yellow sand from mid-low tide. Walking the beach here and the cliff top coastal path will definitely blow your cobwebs away

The castle is an ancient fortress that sticks out into the Solent. The Beach walk here is awesome. Or go by boat from Keyhaven. You can see the Isle of Wight Needles from the castle roof. Great place. Good cafe here too
