Delicious fish dishes! Best in Newquay for fish in my opinion! It's small and usually fully booked so make sure you book in advance!

My favourite place to eat in Newquay. Set down on the beach of Lusty Glaze (accessed by a lot of steps). This is a 30 minute walk or 10 minute drive. Very nice breakfast, lunch and dinner. I personally love their ‘Hot Rocks’ dishes - where you cook your own fish or steak on a hot rock! Served with extremely tastey chunky chips and salad.

Kate is a fantastic physiotherapist who also practices sports massage and dry needling. A recent discovery of mine when I was suffering from very painful knotty shoulders!
