Food Scene

Very nice little coffee shop with great pastries and coffees. Becomes a cosy wine and cocktails bar at night. One of our favorite place in the neighborhood.

In my opinion, the best Italian restaurant in the neighborhood - so much better than all the restaurants on Mulberry street. Great Pizzas.

Great little restaurant. Very small. We go there for lunch very often. Simple and quite cheap food; like salads.

We like the decor, the music and the food. Nice modern japanese restaurant. Pretty trendy place. They also have a lounge/bar in the basement late at night.

I like going there for their breakfast, a coffee, a croissant and an orange juice for about 6$ - it's nice to seat on the terrace when it's sunny. I can seat for hours, writing or drawing.

Balthazar Bakery is one of the best of NYC. I buy my bread from there and pastries too. They also have a restaurant but I find it always too crowded (and expensive), it's a very popular restaurant.
