Parks & Nature
Nice hiking and biking trials. One big beach and a lot of little pocket beaches to get away from the crowds. Great picnic sites, lots of birds, and peace and quiet.

Sounds crazy, but go inside to the lunch counter area at the gas station and order up a great burger and curly fries. If you're not a big eater, order it to share. I'm not a breakfast person, but breakfast is said to be excellent too.

Entertainment & Activities
Brundage is the best for skiing. Prices are reasonable, slopes are uncrowded, and the terrain is excellent. They do a good job of grooming if you like cruising, but for the more adventurous, there are so many great tree shots.
