Parks & Nature
Santa Barbara has gorgeous beaches! We like Arroyo Burro Beach, the locals call it Hendry's Beach. Below I've attached the Wikipedia link for a bit of local history. There are other fun beaches in town depending your interests that day - scuba, surf, sun, volleyball.... If you do want to surf, or learn to surf I highly recommend Surf Lessons with Micah Lahoma. He is a fun, knowledgable, patient and experienced surf instructor with all the gear you'll need. You can book his lessons directly on airbnb experiences: https://www.airbnb.com/experiences/248854
