We come here to get our ceramic pots and apothecary but it is a great mid-century vintage modern store that sells furniture and rugs.

Food Scene
This is our favorite restaurant to get breakfast, brunch, and dinner. We had one guest go there for every meal over a five day period, seriously. The eclectic menu consists of titles like Grilled Cheese and Tomato Fennel Soup, Pork Belly Wellington, Hangover Salad, and Vegan Pozole.
It is located right next to the Empty Bottle which opens its adjoining doors at 11 AM on Saturdays and Sundays. You can have a delicious bloody marry while waiting to be seated or the bartenders can take your order and you can eat in the bar.

Parks & Nature
We usually come here in the summer and meetup with friends to bbq and hang around in our hammocks. There are tennis courts, hiking trails, rose gardens, baseball fields, and a boat house. You can also enjoy views of the Chicago skyline from here.
During the winter months the two lagoons freeze over. If you're brave enough the thickness of the ice allows you to ice skate or walk on the lagoons.
