Hiking trail at the base of the mountain that leads to many hiking & MTBing trails. Great for XC skiing and Snow Shoeing in the winter time.
NOTE:
from the cabin it's an easy 2 block walk to this trail. Exit cabin and head east. Turn right at Poplar St. The street will dead end at the trailhead entrance. Enter the National Forest and veer to the right to access the Bristlecone trail, or continue south to access the Furn trail. Both trails are MTB friendly.
