For a healthy light bite there's no place better. We like the sausage rolls, they also have the most amazing condiments at the back of the shop on offer if you eat in so make the most of those ;)

On a Sunday a lovely walk is down the canal to Broadway Market then turn south past Hackney City Farm and through Colombia Flower Market ending in Brick Lane and Old Spittalfields you will have experienced the best East London has to offer.
