When I moved here, I tried more than 10 Vietnamese restaurants and this is the best one. Beware on Sunday lunchtime as it gets extremely busy! I recommend the Banh Hoi, Goi Cuon, and obviously Pho! Very affordable and abundant food.

It's called University City for a reason. It's near University of Pennsylvania (UPenn for short) which means inexpensive, culturally diverse, abundant offerings of delicious foods! There's also an active nightlife here. You cannot go wrong here. There are also very budget-friendly salsa and ballroom dance lessons at UPenn every weekend!

It gets crowded here at night but the gelato (made fresh every day because it's so popular and it all gets eaten up) is fantastic. It's the closest thing you can get to Italy's gelato.

The famous Love sign you must check out. It's near a fountain and offers amazing views of Philadelphia's museums and City Hall. If there's one place you need to take a photo of, this is it.
