Dear Guest, I’m excited to host you in Castiglioncello! Here’s some useful information about the house and a few tips for your stay. Villa Details Address: Via Aurelia, 1111 (Castiglioncello) Rosignano Marittimo LI. Look for the green Victorian-style gate. Caution: When entering with your car, be careful as the villa is located on the winding Vecchia Aurelia road. If coming from Castiglioncello, turn left to enter the gate. From the Livorno side, turn right making a wide curve. Transportation Car: You’ll need a car to reach the center, which is 2 km from the villa. Cab: I can provide you with a private cab number. Please agree on a price with the driver. House Information Keys: You’ll find the keys to access the beaches in the kitchen. Green Floater: For the rocky beach gate. Yellow Floater: For the sandy beach gate. Gas: The gas valve is in the kitchen where the pots are located. It will be open upon your arrival; please close it when you leave. Supplies: Next to the kitchen, there is a closet with useful items like trash bags and detergents. Garden and Beaches Garden: The 3000 sqm garden is extensive. Explore it to find the best spots. There are stairs leading to two beaches: one rocky and one sandy. Beach Safety: Be careful when going downstairs to the beach and while walking on the rocks and sand. Lights: The living room and kitchen have control panels for the outdoor lights. Please turn off the garden lights in the morning. Local Tips Best Bar: Ginori in the main square for a delicious Italian breakfast with cappuccino and cornetto. Restaurants: My favorite restaurants in Castiglioncello are Il Porticciolo, Lo Scolapasta, Il Cardellino, and Il Romito. Attractions: Visit Castello Pasquini in Castiglioncello and take a trip to Livorno, which is charmingly similar to Venice. Enjoy your stay at the Villa!
