Crumble and Flake is by far one of the best Patirrerie's in Seattle. If you go, you must try and Chocolate Kouign Amann, it is to die for! Go earlier in the day, they tend to run out of pastries quick, especially on the weekends.

If you love ice-cream and not your typical flavors, you must try Salt and Straw Ice Cream. This is my all time favorite place!! Every month they come out with five new seasonal flavors. Then you have your "classic flavors," which are distinct to what city you are in.
