This is fine dining and can be pricey. However, if that's what you're looking for, this is the best in Harrisburg. Beautiful views of the river, specialty glass-blown lighting, great food, and impeccable service. Reservations are recommended and can be booked by calling or using Open Table. Char herself is usually there to meet you and can talk to you about almost anything.

Drinks & Nightlife
This is a very cool local spot. There's a "kitchen" at an entrance on 3rd street. It has decent food that you can order from the bartender and then someone will bring it to your table. If you go downstairs, there's a really unique bar and performance space. There's always something happening there, from Karaoke, to open mic nights, to band performances. Check on the website (http://www.harrisburgarts.com/calendar/) to see what's going on the night you're interested in going. Seeing the strange art throughout the space by itself is worthy of stopping by for a drink.
