Mini golf, ice cream, beer, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cone's Point General Store has pretty much whatever you need while staying on the lake. However, the best thing on the menu is the MAPLE CREEMEE! Seriously, don't leave Vermont until you've tried this soft serve ice cream sent from heaven. I eat at least one a day when I'm in town. They are insanely good... especially if you like real maple syrup.

Look for the Deane Lewis Trail Head. It's a 2 mile loop and a fan favorite among our guests. You can see the entire lake from the peak! Slate Valley Trails also have tons of amazing mt biking trails.

Manchester is a 40 min drive from our house but it's well worth the scenic trip. Lots of high end shopping and the original Orvis fishing store! Some of the best dining in Vermont is located here as well.

The museums are open to the public on Sundays from 1:00 to 4:00 PM from Memorial Day through Labor Day and by appointment.
