This cafe is the heart-beat of Pouzolles! It is great for coffee, drinks, lunch or dinner. When my children were little, they would spend their days riding around and playing in the village park opposite while I spent mine in this cafe sipping cafe au lait, iced tea - or wine!

The Pouzolles boulangerie - delicious treats from croissants to tortes. We had our son's birthday cake prepared here one year when we were there and it's still the most delicious cake I've ever tasted!

The Fonseranes are eight ovoid lock chambers and nine gates in a section of the Canal du Midi passing through Beziers, which allow boats to be raised a height of 21.5 m, in a distance of 300 m. Originally built to allow boats to cross the River Orb at the same level, the crossing of the Orb has been replaced by an aqueduct.
