The Cellon oak is Florida's largest live oak measuring 30 feet wide and 85 feet tall, with a crown spread of 160 feet. This ancient giant has been around for a few hundred years at least and is a great spot for picnics under its expansive bough. Kids and adults enjoy climbing the low-hanging branches and the back drop is great for memorable photos.

Designed to capture and treat stream water flowing to Payne's Prairie, Sweetwater Wetlands Park has managed to attract a large population of rare birds, including the limpkin, which feeds on the snail population within the park. If you want to see an alligator, this is the place! The park features gravel and boardwalk trails that loop around. If you are lucky, you may see the resident wild horse population roaming around from the adjacent Payne's Prairie State Park.
