The Glebe is a beautiful and bustling neighbourhood. Its residential homes are over 100 years old and is full of personality and character. It's also a walk or bike away from the downtown core, so living here you don't really require a car.

This place is a good neighbourhood to visit if you're looking for pho or authentic Asian grocery stores. Kowloon Market is a popular go-to for many people living around the area.
My favourite ramen restaurant is also in the heart of Chinatown, called Ko Ichi! Check it out on Google Maps.

Getting around
Public transit
The public transit can be helpful depending on the area in which you live in. Close to my listing, the 80 and 81 will arrive pretty much on scheduled time.
TRANSIT APP!
A great way to use public transit in Ottawa is to download the Transit App on your phone. Here you can easily search addresses, bus route numbers, intersections, and see all of the bus routes that go to your searched location. You can also travel plan with it like Google Maps by entering a destination and seeing what your journey will look like.
