Mt Field is a must do for visitors in our area. It is about 45 minutes picturesque drive to the visitor centre where there is well defined walks to waterfalls. There is a great little cafe at the visitor centre and National Park rangers will provide advice on the area.

A wonderful place for families with young children. Lots of room in the gorgeous gardens to run and it is great fun to feed the fish! Also a good place to spot the wild platypus which come up form the river Plenty to steal the fish food. Nice cafe here also.

Salmon Ponds and the Museum of Trout Fishing
