Easy access near our home, great to bike, walk or run around the 13 km loop. You will also pass by the historic Heritage Park on the southeast side of the reservoir. No motor boats are allowed on the water, however you can rent kayaks and canoes from the Canoe Club for less than $30 and explore the area.

Easy access near our home, great to bike, walk or run around the 13 km loop. You will also pass by the historic Heritage Park on the southeast side of the reservoir. No motor boats are allowed on the water, however you can rent kayaks and canoes from the Canoe Club for less than $30 and explore the area.
We love heading out of town for a quick get away to Elbow Falls. On your way out there, stop at the Cinnamon Spoon Cafe or Creekers in Bragg Creek for your morning coffee and snack.

Entertainment & Activities
We have been members at this zoo for a number of years and we sometimes end up going once a week. Never seem to get old! It is a great destination in winter to absorb the moist, warm air in the tropical areas of the zoo. Beautiful flower gardens and exciting dinosaur exhibits in the summer.
