If you're looking for casinos, this is your only spot. About 35-45 minutes away. in the mountains. Not relatively big and can walk everywhere unless you want to go to Central City which is still stuck in the 70s and a lot less traffic. Ameristar is your top casino.

Two locations, both fairly central to the townhome. Easy to view and purchase tickets via their website. I've always had a great experience. The downtown location is close to 16th street mall and lots of dining around. Plan for parking.

Roughly 10 minutes away from my townhome. Cherry Creek shopping has a wide range of brands, outlets, dining as well as an AMC movie theater. The shopping center also has covered parking which you do have to pay for unless you go to the movie theater. You can also shop across the street at more high end designer brands. Downtown cheery creek has a wide range or clothing, dining and general stores as well to get away from the shopping mall.
