We love literally everything on their menu. But we always tell people they have to try the Beef Flauta. You'll only need one, it's huge!

Traveler advice
What to pack
Bring layers!
If you're planning a visit in "fall" bring layers. Southern New Mexico doesn't really have a true fall. It's typical to have very chilly mornings and blazing hot afternoons.
Customs and culture
Farmer's Market
We are pretty proud of our Farmer's Market. It is definitely a must check out. But can also be crowded. Expect to have to walk a few blocks from your parking spot.
Useful phrases
Red or Green?
It's our state's question; red chile or green chile? If you're unsure, ask your server which is hotter at the moment. Also for those who can't decide, ask for "Christmas style" which is both red and green chile!

There's a park located on the street just west of the Organ Mountain House, on Second street. The Museum of Nature & Science is always a fun visit. Another favorite is the Las Cruces Railroad Museum.
