Entertainment
TOP attraction in Springfield, in our opinion! Both the Museum and Aquarium are amazing, but if you only do one we'd suggest the Aquarium! It's a little pricey, but for about 1.5-2 hours of entertainment it's well worth it! Go during the day to beat the crowds and get better views!
If you're looking for something free, just go take a stroll around Bass Pro Shops! A Springfield staple, as Springfield is the original location of Bass Pro!

If you're in town on a Saturday morning, stop by the Farmer's market of the Ozarks! While the market is open year-round, the best time to go is in the warmer months of April-October. Pick up some fresh local fruits and vegetables, handmade goods, coffee, cut flowers, etc! There is even fountains for the kids to play in and live music when it's warm out!

Our favorite burger joint in Springy! Black Sheep serves gourmet burgers, delicious fries, and shakes made with Andy's Frozen Custard! As far as menu recommendations, we pick both the Cowboy Carl and the Blue's Brother every time! There are a few locations in Springfield, but if you go to the Walnut location you'll be in the middle of downtown and can explore there after you eat!

If you're a hole-in-the-wall-restaurant kind of person and you like Thai food, this is the place for you! We must eat here once a week at least, we just can't get enough! Go for lunch if you can, because the plates are almost the same size but cheaper, PLUS you get soup and crab rangoon with your dish! We recommend the Chicken Pad Thai or the Chicken Pad See Ew. The Red Curry and Three Taste Chicken are also delicious!

There's lots of good BBQ in Springy, but we always come back to Whole Hog! There are 6 BBQ sauces to try on every table (try #1), and the pulled pork is our go-to!
