Arguably, the best burger in London. You would be hard pressed to find a top ten in this category list that doesn’t host Lucky Chip. They’ve now taken up residence at the Sebright Arms in Bethnal Green, but you can try the original at the Netil Market here every Saturday from 12 to 5pm.

If you want a feel for London Fields, make a stop on Broadway. This small indie bookshop has as much heart as it does local info. There’s the charmingly small upper space with tons of titles about Hackney and London and a lower ground floor with contemporary novels. And if they don’t have it, they’ll order it for you.
Broadway also has posters pinned everywhere about shows, festivals and local advertisements (all the rooms to rent you could want.) You’ll walk away from this place a smarter person.

Hidden away, this tiny local brewery makes a hell of a beer, and they’ve got a fantastic bar area where you can sit and enjoy the selection. The brewery is known to do events and festivals outside throughout the summer. The space can be a little hard to find, but when events are going on, just listen for the music. It will lead you to beer paradise.
