If you're visiting Vagli and its lake, you should definitely consider Campocatino (15min drive), is one of the most peaceful places I've ever been to.

Drive to Piglionico (15min) and park there. Follow the signs to "Pania della Croce" and "Rifugio Rossi".
Beautiful walk. You can either stop at the "rifugio" for lunch/glass of wine (only on weekends in winter time, otherwise always open during summer) or reach the top with amazing 360' views.
TIP: dogs are fine only up to the "rifugio", after that I wouldn't recommend.
