Explore the caves at low tide, or "ventanas" (means windows in Spanish), and bring a boogie board! You can drive in a park right at the beach front. Parking is cheap during the day, and the beach usually offers lifeguards and local vendors.

Playa Dominicalito
Our favorite tiny beach spot, walking distance from the villa.
You can walk down to playa Dominicalito from the villa in about 7 minutes. Taking a run or walk along the beach is a great way to start your day with temperatures being a bit less high in the morning. The evening is great too for the same reason but, if you time it right, you can catch a beautiful sunset. There is a concessions stand on the road to the beach (usually open during the day) where they sell local favorites like coconut water and coconuts along with other refreshments.
