Biggest Mall in Northern Thailand
What do you need? Anything related to modern living, find it here. And the best thing? This place is Just a convenient stroll away. :)
You need at least 1-2 hours here. The place is massive and you’ll want to check out their food courts (they have two!) or at one of the more recognizable restaurant brands if you want that. There’s a massive supermarket. And multiplex cinema with IMAX.

Organic Farm Restaurant
Eat fresh from this restaurant’s organic green farm. They have a very extensive menu with vegetables and meats and desserts and healthy beverages. It’s a must-try if you are in Chiang Mai. They only have two locations. This one is where their actual farm is located and everything is fresh!
The food is good. It is fresh. It’s a local hero restaurant that has its own farm. And not too far from where the apartment is located!

Main Bus Terminal
For a short trip to Chiang Rai which is about 3+ hours northwards, or anywhere else, this is the place to go to book your bus. You can go to https://www.busonlineticket.co.th to see the different schedules and destinations and to make your booking. Make sure to note the seat number that you book because the confirmation email just shows that you booked but doesn’t show the seat number. So make sure you make a note of your seat number for your own records.

The option of taking a first class private train is a good experience if you can make the time. You can spend the time enjoying the views, reading, planning your work/life, etc. And the experience on being a first class train is quite special.

Night Bazaar area
This Night Bazaar area is open EVERY night. But it is worth going on Saturday and Sunday also because all the tourist crowds are going to the busy and overcrowded Saturday Walking Street or the Sunday Night Market (in the Old City).
It’s less crowded on weekends and perfect for an enjoyable time and experience.

My Favorite American-style 60s Diner
This is my favorite American-style diner. It’s also at the end of the Night Bazaar area which you can explore if you are eating here in the evening. This place has gluten-free bakery and desserts. It has American-style breakfast and lunch food but they are open until 8pm and still serve breakfast food! :)

My Favorite Dim Sum lunch buffet!
The quality of their dim sum buffet is fantastic! For less than 400 baht, you can have an amazing lunch at a fancy hotel. The dim sum buffet is made as you order. So it comes out hot and fresh! Amazing! Quality and price!
