Traveler advice
What to pack
Light clothes and comfy shoes in the summer!
Summer days can be pretty miserable with the humidity. Bring plenty of shorts and t-shirts, and comfy shoes for walking on uneven sidewalks and perusing downtown. And, don't forget stuff for the beach!
Getting around
Public transit isn't the best
Don't depend on public transit in the area. There are some buses that run downtown (and other areas) from place to place, but you definitely need a car.
