Mt Yacaaba is the headland at the end of Bennett’s Beach. It is a awesome walk, although quite steep for the last 500m. The views from the top are amazing.

Tea Gardens is the largest town nearest to Hawks Nest. Very nice with lots of retirees. There is a large Shopping Centre with a Coles Supermarket. There is also nice walks along the River with restaurants etc

Hawks Nest is flat and great for riding bikes... forget the car and get around on a bike or on foot.
