For my money, or yours, Trevett Country Store has the best lobster rolls in Maine. And Fried Clams or Grilled Cheese. And Whoopie Pies. Also its a grocery store, with a decent wine selection..and a great view of one of Maine last remaining hand operated draw bridges

I have three kayaks that visitors are welcome to take to the ramp across the street and paddle away...but if you're a first time kayaker, and want a little lesson and a trip out to see the seals by Ram Island, Tidal Transit and book a trip. Groups leave from Knickerkane Park across the Back River from the Carriage House.
