Coolum Coastal Boardwalk is a 350 metre suspended timber pedestrian walkway above the Point Perry Foreshore Reserve. The boardwalk connects the Coolum village to Wilkinson Park at Point Perry and is part of the greater Coastal Pathway.
My favourite walk is from Coolum Surf Club to Yaroomba Beach and back. Approx 5km Coastal Walk.

Pt Perry can offer some very challenging right hand barreling waves in the right conditions. During cyclonic swells or big southerly swells this can be one of the most challenging waves on the Sunshine Coast.
Point Perry is a lookout located just south of Coolum Beach. There is a walk you can take from the main beach to Point Perry. Follow the Boardwalk from the Surf Life Saving club south along the beach with the ocean to your left as it follows the coastline for around 600m.
