It's hard to experience Great Barrington without going to Baba Louie's. Even if you are gluten and dairy free you still can get that pizza buzz. And heck having take out just a 2 minute walk away is the best! This is our take out go to. Cardinale Melazane is Damien's favorite!

Rubi's is our condo's cousin. Get your fill of shabby farmhouse coffee experience. Its a gem, especially if you need a quick wake me up for your Berkshire adventure. And goodness sake try their hot chocolate and don't ask what's in it because its a bit of butter heaven! In the winter there's a fireplace to warm up next too!

Come visit Susannah on the fourth floor of Healing Arts. You don't have to be staying at Kripalu to book a massage. Pick Susannah's brain for the perfect massage for you. Kripalu has a great number of not your typical massage. Check out their website for descriptions of Ayurvedic massage, and they even have Thai Massage. A great reason to drive into Lenox/Stockbridge. Yep and if you book a session you can go down into the basement for a jump in Kripalu's huge whirlpool (for ladies only). The ladies even have a cold pool. Both men and ladies have a sweet sauna.

The Red Lion Inn is a classic. A must see really for anyone new to the Berkshires. The thing is it is also very touristy. Just this year our local buddy shared a precious gem. Here it is. You can totally go down to the Lion's Den (the actual bar) but if you want a more mellow, less loud, more charming spot go to the first floor bar. Enter the main entrance of the red lion in (first floor) bear a left until you find the "tavern bar". It's like walking into an old movie. You'll love it!
