Paducah has been working hard to brand itself as an arts center, and it is paying off. The Lower Town district has become a mecca of sorts for artists and art lovers. Best to see it during the Arts Festival, but it's always a good area for a walk as well.
My place is part of the Lower Town community, enjoy taking a bicycle around the area.
