Sightseeing
This iconic spot is what sold me on Venice as my new home. I love to fish there, sunset watch, watch the boats, almost every time I see manatees, dolphins, birds, and waves crashing on the rocks is mesmerizing. Get there an hour or two before sunset during the months of Oct. thru March if you want a good parking spot for it's a very popular spot. There is also a small food venue there for light snacks.

Lots of parking, a nature boardwalk along the beach, shower stations, bathrooms, and a unique part of Venice beach. This is a great spot to shark tooth hunt along the waterline and along the rocks. Just beware the rocks are not the type to walk barefoot on. It's not as usually packed as the other beaches and offers a feeling of being away from the crowds.
