Iconic Melbourne

An absolute must for sports fans, the iconic MCG (the 'G to locals) is home to Australian cricket in the summer and AFL football in the winter. There are regular tours and the Australian Sports Museum, all only 10-15mins drive away from SY21. Check the website for details.

Our state gallery is conveniently located on St Kilda Rd and can be access via a trip on the 58 tram from the corner of Chapel and Toorak Rds, or jump on the train to Flinders St station and make your way across the bridge. Beautiful art, lots of specialist exhibitions and a yummy cafe and restaurant behind the gallery.

Sit on the sun-drenched deck out the front or in the private garden behind the cafe and enjoy your coffee and light brekky and lunch options.

Opened in 2013, and has had lines out the door ever since. It permanently changed the conversation around brunch in the city, famously blurring the line between cafe and restaurant.

Part coffee shop, part grocery story, all 'hidden local gem' vibe. Sit on the street Euro style, a hidden gem in South Yarra known only to residents and a select few!
