Super yummy sandwiches and salads and such! Owned by classmates of Frances' (Amanda and Jason). They have savory and sweet chicken salads, sandwiches, soups, and salads. They have several sandwiches (including the Blue Suede Grill) that are Elvis tributes. So many good options!

This is the best upscale restaurant in town. Menu is modern American cuisine including grilled oysters, she crab soup, foie gras, butter poached Alaskan halibut, lobster pot pie and prime cuts of beef. They describe the atmostphere as "sophisticated without being formal" which is just right. They also have a roof that is open (weather dependent) and overlooks downtown. Not up for a full meal, head to the bar for drink and app.

Feeling Thai? This is the place for you. We live in NYC much of the time and have great thai food there and this one stands up against what we get there.
Note: if you drive to pick up or eat in, the main sign says "Sao" instead of Nao. Same place!

An old gas station converted into a coffee shop. Also, they have a drive through but don't expect it to be Starbucks fast. They have some good pasteries and treats. We love the sausage balls and are muffin folks so often get those. (They often have some gluten free options if you are looking for that.)
The big hit is the blueberry cobbler coffee if you are up for some flavor.

Fairly new and the spot if you are really into coffee. Their coffee is pour over (no drip) and locally roasted. They started as an roastery and then opened up a cafe in the last few years. The coffee shop is also located in the front of a co-work space that has very reasonable rates if that is something you need.
