A great place where dogs are allow off leash. Easy access to swimming in the summer and a nice walk around the water any time of year. Just a few minutes from out place, this is a great community resource that now allows for day pass visits!

Another great place to walk your dog, explore the woods, and take a dip in the summer. Dogs are supposed to be leashed here, but often they are playing in the water and it's not a big deal. Right next to Joe's Snack Bar for a casual bite to eat or a creamie, and down the road from a very nice creamie spot, Palmer Lane Maple!

Really solid BBQ option. Vermont might not be known for its BBQ, but the brisket and ribs are worth the stop.

Wine pine floors with an old shop feel, they make great sandwiches that are perfect for sharing. Usually a good daily special to complement their full deli offering.
