This is another local's hidden gem, so keep it quiet. Dog friendly and stunning in every way. Park on road near church and walk past church on coast path and down onto the beach. Go left and along to the sea which is safe for swimming; avoid swimming in the estuary as it can have strong currents. Lifeguards start there after July 10th. Perfect for dogs. You can walk to St Ives from here on the coast path, it takes about an hour.
