One of the best anthropology museums in the world.
My advice would be to spend at least one whole day there, it is a big museum and our history is big so take your time to know every little thing related to our culture.

Be amazed by the magnificent views of the Forest and the city, a place steeped in history,
Until 1939 it was an official residence, and today it houses the National Museum of History.
The site of the hill was a sacred place for Aztecs, and the buildings atop it have served several purposes during its history, including that of Military Academy, Imperial residence, Presidential home, observatory, and presently, the National Museum of History.

Located in one of the most beautiful and oldest neighborhoods in Coyoacan, Mexico City, Casa Azul was turned into a museum in 1958, four years after the painter's death. Today it is one of the busiest museums in the Mexican capital.
The building was Kahlo's birthplace and is also the home where she grew up, lived with her husband Diego Rivera for a number of years, and, in a room on the upper floor, would die.
It gets very busy specially during the weekends, so you'll probably want to book the tickets in advance on-line. I recommend being there before noon when it's less busy.

Nature
A forest in the middle of the city; bigger than New York’s Central Park, Chapultepec is the lung of the city; There, you can have a great day visiting a few of the 12 museums in and around Chapultepec (there is also picnic areas, bicycle trails and even a zoo) El Restaurant de El Lago is a really fancy place to eat., Also enjoy the botanical gardens, amusement parks, lakes with boats for rent, quiet groves where couples set out picnics, statues with poetry, running paths and even a "quiet section" where people go for peace and there's no talking allowed.

The Palacio de Bellas Artes is a cultural venue located in the Historic Center of Mexico City, considered the most important in the manifestation of the arts in Mexico and one of the most renowned opera houses in the world. This has been the scene and witness of shocking artistic, social and political events; Its construction dates from the end of the mandate of Porfirio Díaz, commissioned by the Mexican president on the occasion of the celebration of the centenary of the beginning of the Independence of Mexico, but it was inaugurated until September 29, 1934, after the outbreak of the Mexican Revolution. As an institution, it depends on the National Institute of Fine Arts (INBA), part of the Ministry of Culture of the federal government. In 1987, it was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
It conserves 17 murals painted by Diego Rivera, José Clemente Orozco, David Alfaro Siqueiros, Manuel Rodríguez Lozano and others.

Founded and named after the famed Mexican artist Rufino Tamayo, the architecture of Museo Tamayo is as fascinating as its impressive permanent collection and rotating, curated expositions. Well established in Mexico City as one of the best and most accessible modern art museums, it features a range of photography, sculpture and paintings. Find it in the lush Bosque de Chapultepec and close to the historic center.

Neighborhoods
The historic center of Mexico City, also known as the Centro or Centro Histórico, is the central neighborhood in Mexico City, focused on Zócalo or main plaza and extending in all directions for a number of blocks, with its farthest extent being west to the Alameda Central. The Zocalo is the largest plaza in Latin America, it can hold up to nearly 100,000 people. This is where the Spaniards began to build what is now modern Mexico City in the 16th century on the ruins of the conquered Tenochtitlan, capital of the Aztec Empire. As the centre of the ancient Aztec Empire and the seat of power for the Spanish colony of New Spain, the Centro Histórico contains most of the city's historic sites from both eras and many museums. This has made it a World Heritage Site.

Bohemian and gastronomic neighborhood, the Condesa neighborhood or simply "La Condesa". If one wanted to characterize the neighborhood presenting its main features, it would be necessary to highlight the significant amount of green areas that exist in the neighborhood; the elliptical shape that makes Amsterdam Avenue so particular; its gazebos and large avenues with ridges, Art-Deco type architectural developments, whose charm seduces both colonists and visitors. The Condesa Zone is a preferred area for both the capital, as well as national and foreign visitors. Reason for study and inspiration is a framework that helps to create a warm and pleasant environment for the hundreds of diners who, daily, frequent its various restaurants, cafes and gourmet centers. Currently, strongly oriented towards the gastronomic aspect, Colonia Condesa offers many delicious options for anyone who wants to taste something light, varied or exquisite and for those who just want to have a drink having a pleasant moment in the company of someone special.
