Sightseeing
Where the conga / tiwi river hits the ocean. The only spot you can see the sunset from the beach. Take along a drink to enjoy, or buy a fresh coconut (don't pay more than KES 100 max) from the beach-boys. If driving, park in the mosque and pay the parking fee to the caretaking - please don't drink alcohol or be scantily dressed in the mosque grounds.
When the other sundowner guest start to leave, pack up go. While I've not heard of any security incidents here for some time, you can't be too careful. Also, if you decide to swim please be very very careful, the drag out to sea can be deathly depending on the tides.

If you are on holiday and like to snorkel - a day trip to KWS's Kisite Marine Park is a treat. There are operators like Charlie Claws or Pili-Pipa will pick you up, drive you there, take you to the park on a dhow, provide the equipment, give you a great lunch and bring you safely home. That obviously adds up, but for a great day out is highly recommended.

Shopping & Groceries
There are plenty of supermarkets along Diani Beach. For any big shop, this could be easiest but it's at least a Tuk-Tuk ride away.
