The first three years in Duluth I walked Twin Ponds and Enger Tower almost everyday: that's how much I loved it. It's so beautiful and the Japanese garden is well-cared for by the City of Duluth, Duluth citizens and service organizations. Best views of the bridge, Canal Park and Lake Superior.
