This is a beautiful walk straight on the cottage doorstep. Turn left and walk up Pendre Road, away from the Cathedral for a few minutes. You'll see a small farm lane that starts to ascend on your left. Keep walking up this path and you'll be able to follow the path up the hill. Spectacular views of the surrounding mountain range; ideal for picnics. :-)
