The Sundial Bridge is a must-see and must-do while you are in Redding, and the best part is it is only 1 mile from the house and easily walkable. Rent a bird scooter and ride the scenic trails. There is an eagle's nest on the trail near the 44 fwy, look for the telescope on the trail for viewing.
