If you want a good 14er hike, head up to Mt. Evans. If you want to "cheat" the hike, just drive up the scenic byway and take your picture at the top! ;)

It's a must-visit if you can coordinate a live event during your stay. If not, you can do an early morning sunrise workout (trust me, it's a WORKOUT) or hike around the Red Rocks trails.

One of my favorite spots to camp, hike, fly kites, read a book, and just relax in Colorado. It's a short drive from Boulder, so make a whole day of it all!
